Transfer Student Application
- Only accept applications for F2, F3 and F4 transfer student in the forthcoming academic year. The application period is from 2 May to 10 June.
- Please attach a copy of the following documents to this form:
- a copy of the latest school term report and yearly report
- Certificates of awards
- Certificates of extra-curricular and community services
- Personal information provided by the applicant is used for the transfer student application only, and will be discarded upon the completion of the application procedure.
- The application form must be returned, together with the relevant documents, to the General Office of Tsuen Wan Public Ho Chuen Yiu Memorial College during office hours by 10 June.
- Written tests will be offered in late June to shortlisted applicants. Interview will be conducted for suitable applicants after the written test. If the applicant receives no reply by 17th of June, the application is deemed unsuccessful.
